What we heard at Peter's that day replacing a Hi Line on his CD555 into a NAC 552 with a Super Lumina interconnect was simply remarkable. Further listening promoted him to send another email:-

"Listening to Springsteen’s 'The River’ really quite unbelievable.
I'm hearing background vocals to each track that have never come
through on Vinyl or CD before. You can visualise Bruce and his guys
circling the microphone and singing backing, then being mixed deep deep into
the background for atmospherics. 

Blimey what else are we going to uncover with subsequent cable upgrades!"
