My system so far

I became hooked on Naim in 2007 via my local HiFi dealer. My current system is:-
XPS/CDS3/HiLine, SuperCap/NAC 282, NAP 250, Telurium Q black speaker cable, Focal JMLab Electra 926's.

Current rack is Attacam Equinox though contemplating Frame Lite but need to convince SWMBO first. Have thought also about NAC 252 though have read many differing views of the two pre's questioning the value of the increased cost of 252 v 282.

I also have cds 3 and I would say that the jump form my 82 to a 252 was huge although the effect of Fraimes may well have been close. The frames came before the 3 when I had a cds2 and I believe the fraimes are needed to make the cds3 really sing.

I have to say I believe the 252 to be a hugely underrated product. It's magic is all about nuance and subtlety and I'd recommend an extended demo to really understand it. It's not an 'obvious' product in any way but delivers its knock out punch in a velvet glove.
