I was quite pleased to see the email from James saying he is now selling Vertere cables and the new Vertere TT and tonearm.

Its well known that I have been a fan of Roksan TT's from my very first Xerxes way back in 1985 up until my TMS 3 which sits nicely with my Naim 500 series kit. From Touraj's research into improving the TMS spawned Vretere which aims to improve on our enjoyment of our systems. A whole range of cables has been introduced from interconnects, XLR's to speaker cable and the icing on the cake for me, specialised cables for TT's. What I like about them is the way they disappear from your system allowing more of the music to be heard

Moving on from there, Touraj has finally introduced his TT and tonearm which we have been discussing for many years now. I haven't been fortunate enough to hear one yet but James has kindly invited me to come and listen as soon as he has a demo model. An offer which I will be accepting.

I could go on and on about the sonic benefits of the Veretere but thats not the point, all I would say is for anyone looking to get the very best out of their system they should come and listen to them.

Which of their cables are suggested for nds/2x555dr and 552/500?

I would go for the Pulse R between NDS and 552 and the Pulse XLR between 552 and 500,
